1. Welcome & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AcadMantra ("AcadMantra", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, virtual internship programs, software solution services, and educational courses.
By accessing our website, registering an account, applying for internships, or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
AcadMantra is an Indian skill-development and custom software solutions platform. We specialize in:
- Structured, virtual, project-based internship programs.
- Custom software engineering, full-stack web development, and AI integrations.
- Independent online skill courses, verified credentials, and mentor feedback systems.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To utilize our services, you must be at least 16 years of age or possess parent/guardian consent where applicable. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete credentials during signup and registration. AcadMantra reserves the right to terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Internship Programs
Our online internship cohorts span 1-month (~120 hours), 2-month (~240 hours), and 3-month (~360 hours) terms. Internships are structured learning tracks focused on task completion and project execution. Participation in these training programs does not establish an employer-employee relationship with AcadMantra.
5. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Submitting an application is free. Upon selection, a one-time internship program fee (₹499 for 1 month, ₹699 for 2 months, ₹899 for 3 months) is required before onboarding to support mentorship, program evaluation tools, portal maintenance, and verified certification delivery.
Once payment is processed, program fees are non-refundable except in instances where AcadMantra cancels your cohort participation prior to your onboarding date. No refunds are granted for change of mind, task incompletion, or scheduling conflicts.
6. Student Responsibilities & Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct across all community channels, submit original work, and meet task deadlines. Plagiarism, academic misconduct, harassment, or spamming inside mentor circles will result in immediate termination from the program without certificates, recommendations, or refunds.
7. Portals & Communication
The Student Portal handles digital course materials and credentials. Internship task submissions, onboarding notices, and mentor announcements are managed separately through your registered email address and official community channels. You are responsible for keeping email profiles active and checking updates.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All learning curricula, platform layouts, source code, logos, trademarks, and documentation published on the AcadMantra website remain the exclusive intellectual property of AcadMantra. No materials may be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
AcadMantra delivers training, educational coursework, and custom software services. We make no guarantees regarding job placement, corporate hiring, specific salary outcomes, or third-party results. AcadMantra is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from website access or internship termination.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
